Welcome to Claremore Christian School where we embrace the 360-degree nature of the Christian worldview.  This worldview or philosophy of life saturates every system that composes our culture (political, economical, educational, social, etc.) and is reflected in all our decisions as human beings, leaving no neutral ground in life. The opposition between Christian and non-Christian educational systems can be traced back to their respective worldviews.  This “antithesis” affects the entirety of education and the principles of Christian education are squarely opposed to the principles of secular education.  Van Til succinctly summarizes this antithesis;

“The different conceptions of God that underlie the two educational theories cover every point on the whole front and cover them before and behind, without and within.”

Our worldview is anchored in a sovereign Creator who acts as the Revealer and Redeemer of mankind.  This worldview permeates every classroom and every discipline and defines us as a Christian school.  At Claremore Christian, we cannot separate education from its religious presuppositions.

Claremore Christian School serves as a support function for families who desire an active Christian education.  This is accomplished by assisting parents in the education of their children within the context of a Christian philosophy of life as mandated in scripture.  It is our desire to assist parents in teaching and training our heritage not just in the systematics of how to learn, but how to evaluate the presuppositions of life within the context of a Biblical framework.
